About the Remodel

This 1960’s home was situated on 2 acres of lakefront property, with a kitchen and extra living space added in the 90’s. We united the two sections of the house by replacing all trim and doors, updating the kitchen, and adding 5” plank hardwood flooring throughout the entire house. The exterior of the home was updated with paint and all new shake siding, and additional outdoor living areas were created by reimagining the spaces. In order to create a true owner’s suite, we expanded the master shower and added a double vanity and a walk-in closet.
