About the Remodel
This charming 1940’s home still had its beautiful original hardwood flooring and built-in cabinets around the fireplace. However, the kitchen and dining room lacked modern amenities and functionality. Therefore, we joined the two spaces together by removing a dividing wall and reconfiguring the layout to provide optimal storage and a warm, inviting space for family and guests to gather. Colors and tile were chosen to celebrate the elegance of the original home’s interior.
